Summer 2022 Programs

We're BACK ... live and in-person, so  pour yourself a cup of ambition and seize the day with TYT this summer!
Don't miss your chance to be a part of these two amazing productions.

(Draft of Summer 2022 Covid-19 Protocols)
HIGH SCHOOL PRODUCTION
(Actors currently in 8th - 12th grade)
9 to 5 / The Musical
With music and lyrics by Dolly Parton and based on the hit 1980 movie, this hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era is outrageous, thought-provoking and even a little romantic.

Pushed to the boiling point, three female coworkers concoct a plan to get even with the sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss. In a hilarious turn of events, Violet, Judy and Doralee live out their wildest fantasy – giving their boss the boot! While Hart remains "otherwise engaged," the women give their workplace a dream makeover, taking control of the company that had always kept them down.
REGISTRATION FOR "9 to 5" IS NOW CLOSED.
Please email info@triboroyouththeatre.org if you have any questions.
SUMMER "CAMP" SESSION
(For actors currently in 3rd - 8th grade)
Picture
Based on the 2012 Broadway musical and the 1992 film, this show is inspired by the rousing true story of newsboys in turn-of-the-century New York City.

When powerful newspaper publishers raise prices at the newsboys' expense, the charismatic Jack Kelly rallies newsies from across the city to strike against the unfair conditions. Together, the newsies learn that they are stronger united and create a movement to fight for what's right.
